We deliver only in selected postal codes in the areas of Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and Paralimni from Monday to Friday (10:00-17:00).
We’ll try our best for delivery within 4 working days from the time of order confirmation, but this is always subject to stock, courier availability and courier area.

You have the option to collect your order from a store of your selection. During the checkout process on the website, you may select the store you wish to collect your order, from the list of stores available.
The delivery is free for orders over €30.00. For orders under €30.00, a delivery charge of €5.00 applies. You will be able to see the delivery charge in the order page when you place your order.
This is not necessary. Our website allows you to place orders as a guest. This means you do not have to register an account to place an order, although you will have to provide us with certain mandatory personal information in order to place your order.
Once you have placed your order, you’ll see an order confirmation screen detailing what you bought, how much it cost and your selected delivery method. At the same time, you will also be sent a confirmation by email restating your purchase details for your records.

Yes, Marks & Spencer Loyalty program members can collect points from their online purchases. The points will be added to members’ accounts upon completion of their order.
To collect points online, you must insert either of the following data in the respective field during the checkout phase and before placing an order: a) a valid M&S loyalty card number or b) the valid phone number registered in the member’s M&S Loyalty card application.
We are unable to add loyalty points to your loyalty scheme account from previous online transactions, so please ensure you have inserted your loyalty scheme number before placing your online order.
The points can be redeemed only by your physical presence at the stores.
You can return your items purchased online within 35 days of receipt of your order for a full refund (excluding any delivery cost of your order) to the original payment method used, however you will be responsible for the postage cost (via Courier) of the return of the goods to us.
You must ensure the items along with the filled returns form are received by us within 35 days of receipt of your order, otherwise your refund may be refused.
Alternatively, you can return your items for free at selected M&S stores in Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and Paralimni, along with the filled returns form.
- Only products that are in a saleable condition in their original packaging and with their tags in place can be returned.
- Our returns policy does not affect your legal or statutory rights in any way, e.g. your right to return items which are faulty or not as described.

Food, food gifts, wine, beauty products, bra accessories, lingerie (not including bras), swimwear and any products with a seal where the seal is broken cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible. Once we receive your parcel, we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt of the products to our warehouse, or store. Once a refund has been issued you will receive a confirmation email detailing the amount which has been refunded and the item which we have received back.
If you are due a refund, we will refund the money to the same method used to pay for your purchase.
The refund process time includes the time it takes for us to receive your item(s) back, process them with all the necessary checks as well as your bank’s processing time.
You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied you must inform us (by post, phone or email only) within a reasonable period of time. You must return the products to us as soon as possible after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied. In the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we will offer you a refund.
To return a faulty or incorrectly supplied item please complete the returns form and return it with the item, via courier.

We will reimburse you the return postage cost once the item(s) has been confirmed as faulty/incorrectly supplied.
We will inform you of the estimated date for delivery of your order or available collection date from store via e-mail or phone. If you are unable to receive/collect your order within the mentioned timeframe, you should contact customer service at +35722740666. Orders which have not been delivered to designated address due to customer absence or have not been collected from the stores within 7 days from order confirmation will be considered cancelled and a refund will be provided to the client except for:
- goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. made to measure orders)
- goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. food)
We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website page. However please keep in mind that the actual colour of a product may vary slightly from what is shown on our website due to image quality. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.
