What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club International, Union Pay, JCB).

Can I pay using a gift card?

We currently accept payment from M&S Symeonides e-gift cards, that can be redeemed only on our online site.

If you have a valid e-gift card code, it can be applied at the cart/ shopping bag phase, or alternatively at the checkout stage, at the top of the page.

Our physical gift cards can only be used in any store in Limassol, Larnaca, Paralimni and Paphos.

Online Returns & Refunds

You can return your items purchased online within 35 days of receipt of your order for a full refund (excluding any delivery cost of your order) to the original payment method used, for free at selected M&S stores in Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and Paralimni, along with the reference number of the completed RMA form, and the sales receipt.

Items purchased online can also be returned in-stores with a valid purchase receipt. You can either exchange your items or get a credit note. Credit notes can be used for the purchase of any product and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Alternatively, you can send the package with the completed form via courier to: Symeonides Fashion House, 168 Yiannou Kranidioti Street, 2235, Latsia, Nicosia (delivery charges apply).

You must ensure the items along with the filled returns form are received by us within 35 days of receipt of your order, otherwise your refund may be refused.

Beauty products, bra accessories*, duvets*, earrings, food, food gifts, gift cards, hampers, mattress protectors*, pillows*, swimwear*, toiletries, wine, and any products with a seal, where the seal is broken. These products can only be returned in accordance with your statutory rights. Some of these items may have their own terms and conditions which will be provided at the time of purchase.

* These products can only be returned under our goodwill policy if they are unopened and have the security or hygiene seal intact.

Underwear and lingerie

You can return underwear and lingerie, so long as the product packaging hasn’t been damaged. If the item is not packaged, you can still return it, so long as the tags and hanger (if applicable) are still intact. This is also applicable for menswear and kidswear essentials and underwear.

Swimwear

You can return swimwear, so long as any hygiene seals are still intact.

Gifts

If you have a gift receipt or want a credit receipt, you’ll need to return it to one of our stores.

Our goodwill returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Only products that are in a saleable condition in their original packaging and with their tags in place can be returned.
  • Our returns policy does not affect your legal or statutory rights in any way, e.g. your right to return items which are faulty or not as described.

How and when will I receive a refund?

We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible. Once we receive your parcel, we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt of the products to our warehouse, or store. Once a refund has been issued you will receive a confirmation email detailing the amount which has been refunded and the item which we have received back.

If you are due a refund, we will refund the money to the same method used to pay for your purchase.

The refund process time includes the time it takes for us to receive your item(s) back, process them with all the necessary checks as well as your bank’s processing time.

I have a faulty or wrong item. How do I return it?

You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied you must inform us (by post, phone or email only) within a reasonable period of time. You must return the products to us as soon as possible after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied. In the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we will offer you a refund.

To return a faulty or incorrectly supplied item please complete the returns form and return it with the item, for free at selected M&S stores in Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and Paralimni.

Alternatively, you can return your items, along with the filled returns form, via courier.

Ordering & Delivery

Do I have to open an account to place an order?

This is not necessary. Our website allows you to place orders as a guest. This means you do not have to register an account to place an order, although you will have to provide us with certain mandatory personal information in order for Marks and Spencer to place the order. If you would like to place an order as a guest, start by adding the items you want to your basket. When you proceed to checkout, select the option to complete your order as a guest. We’ll give you another chance to create an account after you’ve placed your order.

How to buy?

To shop on our site, choose from a selection of products: Women, Lingerie, Men, Kids, Home, Beauty or Food Hall and then the product type (e.g.: tops, trousers, dresses etc.).

Browse through the products we have to offer or simply type in a keyword in the search box. When you find one you are interested in, click on the image to see more detail. If you like this product and wish to purchase it, select the colour, size and quantity you want, and add to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout with your order. Once you proceed to checkout, you can amend your shopping basket and continue to our secure checkout page.

Once in checkout, you can choose to sign-in to your account or to continue as a new customer, without having to create an account. Enter your details, choosing your delivery method, and click continue. Next you will be required to enter your payment details, billing address and contact details. The Payment method is by credit/ debit cards (all major holders). Once you have entered these details, review to make sure they are correct. Review our general terms and conditions and if you are happy to continue with your purchase click ‘Place Order’.

Note1: Once you submit your order you will be unable to change your order. You will be sent an acknowledgement email detailing your order, and a further dispatch order when your item(s) have been dispatched.

Where is my order?

Will I get confirmation of my order?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll see an order confirmation screen detailing what you have purchased, the final cost, and your selected delivery method. At the same time, you will also be sent a confirmation by email restating your purchase details for your records.

Can I collect Marks & Spencer loyalty points for online purchases?

Yes, Marks & Spencer Loyalty program members can collect points from their online purchases. The points will be added to members’ accounts upon completion of their order.

To collect points online, you must insert either of the following data in the respective field during the checkout phase and before placing an order: a) a valid M&S loyalty card number or b) the valid phone number registered to the account member’s M&S Loyalty card.

We are unable to add loyalty points to your loyalty scheme account from previous online transactions, so please ensure you have inserted your loyalty scheme number before placing your online order.

Currently, points can be redeemed only by your physical presence at the stores.

How can I change the delivery address for my order?

If you’d like to change your delivery address, please contact customer service team +35722740666 for better service. If we have already started to prepare your order for shipment, we can no longer make amendments. In this instance, we will try our best to attempt delivery to your requested address.

How can I cancel my order?

  • Sign into your account.
  • Click on ‘My account’ at the top of your page and navigate to ‘My orders’.
  • Find your order on the list and click on the ‘View Order’ link next to it.
  • Click ‘Cancel this order’.

Alternatively, if you’ve placed your order as a guest:

  • Click ‘Where’s my order’ at the bottom of our page. Enter your order number, order email and billing zip code to view your order details.
  • On your order details, click the ‘Cancel this order’ option.

What happens if I am not home during delivery, or if I do not collect my order from the store?

We will inform you of the estimated date for delivery of your order or available collection date from store via e-mail or phone. If you are unable to receive/collect your order within the mentioned timeframe, you should contact customer service at +35722740666. Orders which have not been delivered to designated address due to customer absence or have not been collected from the stores within 7 days from order confirmation will be considered cancelled and a refund will be provided to the client except for goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. food)

How do I know when my order is ready to collect from store?

You will receive an email when your order is available for collection in your selected store. Your order will be available to collect from midday that day. We will keep hold of it for up to 7 days.

What details are required when collecting my order from store?

You will need to provide the order number when collecting your order.

Gift Cards & e-gift Cards FAQs

M&S gift cards and e-gift cards are valid for 24 months and can be loaded with up to €200 and used to pay for most things online and in-store (Limassol, Larnaca, Paralimni & Paphos). When you’ve finished shopping, select ‘Pay by gift card/reward voucher’ at the checkout.

Gift cards are physical cards, that can be currently used for our physical stores only. You can buy physical gifts cards online at www.symeonidesfashion.com or in-stores.

E-Gift cards can be only purchased online, and can only be redeemed online at www.symeonidesfashion.com

You can use your gift card/ e-gift card to buy anything thing online and in-store.

Sorry, we can’t give you cash for your gift card balance. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Sorry, we do not accept gift cards from other countries, or gift cards issued in Nicosia. However, we do accept Gift Vouchers.

Once the balance has been spent in-stores, our cashiers will take the card to be voided properly.

Please treat you gift card as cash. Please look after your gift card, because we cannot accept liability or replace lost, stolen or damaged cards.

If your gift card was bought in-store or online, you’ll find the balance on the gift receipt that came with your card. Alternatively, your gift card can be scanned at the till in-store to review balance.

If it is an e-gift card, you can find your balance in your account dashboard (click here). You can also review the e-gift card code, available balance and expiry date

Gift cards:

Gift cards are credit card-sized cards which can be loaded with a value between €1 and €200, to spend in-stores (Limassol, Larnaca, Paralimni & Paphos). They are valid for 24 months from issue date. They can be purchased in-store or ordered online and sent directly to your recipient as a gift. Gift cards can be used as part or full payment in-stores by presenting and using the physical card.

E-Gift Cards:

E-gift cards are an electronic version of our gift cards which can be loaded with a value between €1 and €200, to spend online only. They are valid for 24 months from issue date. They can be ordered online to be sent directly to your recipient as a gift, or to yourself – all you need is a valid email address. E-gift cards can be used as part of full payment online, using the voucher code at checkout.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift Vouchers are paper vouchers in Euro denominations of €20, €10 and €5 and can only be used in store using the bar code. Gift Vouchers are no longer issued, however are still redeemable.

Returns are accepted for products that have been purchased in M&S stores in Cyprus, are included in the catalogue of M&S Symeonides and are in saleable condition. Returns can take place at the designated customer service desk, accompanied by a valid purchase receipt.

Our standard returns policy is 35 days. For returns, only credit notes are issued and are equal to the sale value displayed on the receipt.

You have 14 days to return reduced price sale products, unless otherwise stated; exclusions apply. For returns of reduced-price sale products, only credit notes are issued and are equal to the sale value displayed on the receipt.

Rewards App

M&S Symeonides Rewards is our new and updated customer reward scheme. Collect points as always, every time you shop, and get the chance to receive personalised offers and treats.

To join M&S Symeonides Rewards download the Rewards application to your device free from App Store or Google Play and online at www.symeonidesfashion.com

Existing members of M&S Loyalty card that have had at least one transaction at M&S Symeonides since 18/02/2021 will be able to register on by downloading the M&S Symeonides Rewards App and registering. All Points balance available on the M&S Loyalty card has been transferred to M&S Rewards.

Existing members of M&S Loyalty card that did not have at least one transaction at M&S Symeonides since 18/02/2021 will have to register as new members, and any points balance is not available on M&S Rewards.

From 19/03/2024 until 30/09/2024 members that have not registered on the M&S Symeonides Rewards App will have the opportunity to redeem points by displaying their plastic M&S Loyalty Card. From 01/10/2024 redemption of points will not be possible for members that have not registered on the M&S Symeonides App.

You can use M&S Symeonides Rewards when shopping in M&S Stores in Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and Paralimni or on the M&S Symeonides website

You won’t always have offers in your Rewards hub, but keep checking back as new ones will appear.

You will find all your offers in your M&S Symeonides Rewards app. Make sure you also opt in to receive M&S Symeonides Rewards marketing communications to get the most out of your app, as we’ll send you an email every time a new offer arrives.

As many as you wish. However, the account is unique, and redemption can only be made by the owner of the account.

For every one (1) Euro € spent, one (1) point is earned. Points earned per transaction and total accumulated points are shown on the sales receipt, as well on the M&S Symeonides Rewards App.

For every 375 accumulated points the corresponding value is five euro (€5) discount. During points redemption a discount is applied on the coinciding transaction, according to the total value of the redeemed points, and cannot be exchanged with credit vouchers or cash.

Points redemption is available to users of the M&S Symeonides Rewards App. For points to be redeemed the unique QR code available on the M&S Symeonides App must be presented at any Point-of-sale operator before proceeding to payment, to verify the identity of the M&S Rewards member.
