A wonderfully elegant dry Pinot Grigio with subtle yet concentrated flavours of ripe lemons, pears and wild herbs. This delicate but complex white was made by M&S winemaker Jeneve Williams and local expert Luciano Piona using Pinot Grigio grapes grown around Lake Garda in northern Italy. The mild and temperate climate here allows the grapes to ripen gently and attain an excellent balance of sweetness, acidity and minerality, which the winemakers have expressed perfectly in this wine. Enjoy this refined and refreshing white lightly chilled alongside all kinds of seafood dishes, from scampi to linguine with clams.
