Ingredients

A refreshing and fruity, unoaked white Burgundy made from the Chardonnay grape variety. This well balanced Chardonnay if from the heart of the Burgundy region, where local wineamker Alain Pierre aged a small proprtion of the wine in oak to give it extra richness and body. A medium-bodied, fruit-driven French white such as this can be served either on its own or with a range of dishes. It is especially good with lemon and thyme roasted chicken, or poached salmon with creme fraiche and watercress sauce.
